As a Day Shift Operator, you will work closely with shift operators/logistics operators and our Production Supervisor to ensure efficient and safe daily production. You will also perform light maintenance work and cleaning of process equipment, as well as assist in transporting chemicals to the factory. Safety is a central part of our work and permeates everything we do. With us, you will become a significant part of the team and contribute to our collective success!

In your future role as a Day Shift Operator, you will:

• Be responsible for executing the weekly plan.
• Work with 5S principles.
• Transport chemicals.
• Perform maintenance work and cleaning of process equipment.
• Significantly contribute to the smooth flow of daily production in the factory and packing hall.
• Conduct chemical inventory checks.

We believe you bring:

• Upper secondary education from a 3-year technical or natural science program, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and basic English.
• Good computer skills.
• Class B driver's license.
• Forklift license.
• Ability to work in an environment with high safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently according to the weekly plan.

It is a plus if you have:

• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Experience within the process industry or similar industries.
• Experience working with the SAP data system.
• Work experience from the chemical industry.
